In a family law action challenging a civil contempt order for defendant’s failure to comply with a court order relating to the parties’ matrimonial action, the Supreme Court’s order is affirmed where plaintiff met her burden of proof that defendant violated a lawful court order and the Supreme Court acted within its authority to draw a negative inference from defendant’s invocation of his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.
