In a real property division dispute between former spouses, the trial court's judgment finding the property to be community property and charging the ex-husband for the fair market rental value of the home from the time ex-wife moved out to the date of judgment, is: 1) reversed and remanded as to the portion of the judgment concerning the property and Watts charges; but 2) affirmed in all other respects.
